- 3 dates (with pits removed)
- 1 whole banana (frozen if preferred)
- Two small handfuls of fresh kale
- Regular unsweetened coconut milk (about 50/50 ratio for the milk vs. other ingredients)
If you want to change up the recipe, you could add some lemon juice or use a different type of liquid. I like my juices and smoothies pretty plain, but the original recipe suggested adding a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract. I can only imagine how yummy it would be!
