I started my brunch out with this yummy fresh fruit bowl.
For my main dish, I chose the asparagus and feta scramble, filled with asparagus, dill, parsley and spinach, along with a crispy potato side. I used their Bonache hatch sauce as well as a light amount of ketchup on my potatoes. DE-LISH!
Jared chose the Rancho Colorado scramble (slow cooked rancho bean with tomatillos, fresh chilis, sweet corn and queso fresco, with shredded blue tortilla chips) for his dish. Just like my scramble, this dish also comes with a side of either cheesy grits or hashbrown potatoes.
If you're in the Seattle area and are seeking out a good healthy, V/GF eating spot, this is your place! When we arrived, the waitress expected a 30 minute wait, but it was just shy of 15 minutes. I can confidently say: it is well worth it.
