Great Eats : The Bread Peddler in Olympia, WA

For my 21st birthday, I chose to celebrate the morning of by indulging in breakfast at The Bread Peddler in downtown Olympia, Washington. While not many items are gluten-free, considering the bakery largely focuses on its gluten production, the food is outstanding!

For my main meal, I ordered the Classic Breakfast without meat, add tomatoes. The dish comes with a variety of breads (and butter), scrambled hash and two poached eggs.

I chose a pecan cinnamon roll as my sweet. It's one of my favorite pastries although all of their pastries are delicious. Here's the devoured, half-alive roll:

It oozes of spice, sugar and sticky goodness.

If you're in the Olympia area, you MUST visit The Bread Peddler. It's a somewhat hidden but favorite gem of the locals. As of January, they opened a "Peddler Bistro" restaurant addition. I haven't been yet, but that's on my list!

You can find them here on their website, or on their Facebook page.
