Workouts are a tough thing to accomplish sometimes. They're up there in difficulty level with getting out of bed on a Monday morning - they can be nearly impossible, but once you do it, it's not that bad! That's why these best at-home workouts come in handy on lazy days.
I love feeling energized and at my best when I workout, eat well and keep my fitness in mind. The most important thing is to obviously feel healthy and love the body that you came in. I love workout environments that focus on strength and body positivity. I've been lucky to work at gyms for most of my life and had the opportunity to experience lots of different types of health.
Unfortunately, not everyone can even afford a gym membership. I currently work out at home and I need to find routines that have limited to no equipment, but also get the job done! Keep your fitness routine fresh and interesting with these best at-home workouts. I love using sites like Pinterest for cute graphics and inspiration for workouts, new routines and meal ideas (that's where these came from). When I'm feeling stuck, this also gives me inspiration to keep my fitness journey going. These workouts give me motivation and desire to put my yoga pants on... and actually work out in them for a change ;)
