Gluten-free pasta of your choice
Marinara or pesto sauce
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Start by cooking your pasta on the stovetop, warming up your sauce of choice in a separate smaller pan (pesto doesn't usually need to be warmed up). When the pasta is complete, continue by adding the sauce, using your fingers to shred some fresh basil over top and pop in some washed cherry tomatoes! Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simple, right? This is a great way to spice up a regular pasta and adds much more flavor to the dish. If you want to add some protein, chop up some mozzarella cheese!
