20 Pinterest Gluten Free Soup Recipes for Your Next Sick Day

 Gluten Free Soup Recipes

Eating gluten free is pretty difficult sometimes. It’s even more difficult when you’re sick and all you want is a convenient can of chicken noodle soup. Gluten free soup recipes can be hard to come by. Soups usually contain flour or another form of gluten as a thickener, so even if it doesn’t have gluten noodles, it still might not be gluten free. I’ve learned all of this the hard way being a strict gluten free eater due to celiac disease.

Certain soup brands make gluten free options, but nothing is comparable to making soup from scratch. Don’t be intimidated: soup is actually extremely easy and can be made using tons of shortcuts or pre-prep! Seriously, my favorite thing on a Sunday is making a nice batch of soup to freeze for the week. Soup saves well and can be reheated using stovetop or microwave. I’ve picked and pinned 20 standout soup recipes that are all gluten free. Some of them are also vegetarian or vegan!
