I've been living and working as a flight attendant for almost two months now. I'm in new places almost every day! Meal prep recipes are a savior of mine.
If there's anything this adventure has taught me, it's that if I don't pack properly, I end up underprepared and stressed out! As someone who is constantly traveling, I can't eat out for every meal. It's not always healthy and definitely not great on my wallet!
Pre-prepped meals don't have to be boring or complicated. In fact, I've learned over these last couple months that my favorite recipes are the simplest ones! When I first started meal prepping, I was terrible at it! I packed salads, but they kept wilting by day two. I would pack pre-made pasta, but it got boring... fast. I needed meals that were healthy, inexpensive and interesting! Here's my go-to list of meal prep recipes:
