With so many weddings happening around me as old friends grow up and commit to their special someones, I can't help but think of my someday wedding - a day that most likely will take place within the next few years. Never too early to plan, right!? Over the past years, I've been little by little collecting fun things that I like on my "Wedding Inspiration" Pinterest board. These are all the unique little things I want at my wedding:
1. wishes for the couple
Leave a wish and send the couple off with something to strive for.
2. program on the goodie bags
Conserve paper and print your wedding program on the goodie bags - this sends your guests home with a cool momento and saves you time and energy. Plus, it's just dang cute.
3. year themed tables
Organize which groups sit where by the year of each table - each year representing a year in your lives with matching images.
You best BELIEVE I'm having a hashtag for my wedding - and you better USE IT!
5. terrarium-inspired floral arrangements
Change up the traditional table bouquet by hanging floral arrangements in modern aesthetics.
6. modern photo station
Instead of hiring the all-so-typical expensive photo booth with cheesy props, create your own modern backdrop with boho-chic vibes, yet an elegant, classic statement. While the image above was used as the alter, I'm diggin' it as a photo station!
7. Lavender Toss (or another scent toss)
Instead of a rice toss, toss something with a distinctive scent. This way, you'll remember your special day every time you smell!
What are the unique things/activities you want at your someday wedding? Or, what were your faves?
