We all have those days when we feel like nothing goes our way. Certain things happen to make you feel like you're never going to catch a break! It's never just one thing - a series of events in your life set off a chain reaction that feels like an explosion of NASTY! Wondering what to do when everything goes wrong? Keep reading!
I've suffered a lot of personal losses this past year and sometimes it feels like it's too much to handle - even now. We all need a little guidance, reassurance and friendship on those times in our lives!
DON'T LOSE HOPE!
You're going to make it through this, it's you who wakes yourself up and brings your body to face a new day. You are so much stronger than you know.
Whether it be something inexpensive like a bath bomb or a homemade facemask, or going big and buying yourself something from your wish list! Show yourself that you're worth it!
TALK IT OUT
Find someone weather it be a therapist, family member or friend who you can vent your problems to! Getting everything off your chest will always make you feel better.
FIND A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
Think of your situation the way a different person would see it!
EAT A HEALTHY MEAL + SLEEP
Make something good-for-you and delicious and eat until you are comfortably full. Take a hot and glorious shower. Use essential oils, lotions or anything else to make you feel special. Then drift away into beautiful sleep!
This can come in many forms! Whether it be buying yourself gifts, or simply making sure you eat and sleep properly.
Crying, singing, painting, writing or any form of expression is great! Allow yourself to feel your emotions and let them out!
What do you do to let your heart out when things get rough?
